UPDATE

Thanks to "The Miracle Blanket" I now have times where both babes sleep at the same time. Thank you Patti for letting me borrow this blanket. This blanket is pieces of fabric sewn together that help you swaddle your baby. If Cam is fussy I wrap him up like a lil caterpillar and he just calms down. He went from waking up every 1-2 hours to every 4-6 hours. That means he is only getting up 1x a night!! It is truly a miracle. Cam is now 2 months old - he has an appt. on Fri, so I will update on how he is doing.
Paige is so full of life and loving every minute of it. I heard Jed describe her as "she runs around like her hair is on fire - and her hair really does look like it is on fire" She has the craziest hair, which mommy is not allowed to do anything with. She will however let her best 10 year old friend Sylvie do almost anything to her hair.
Jed is done with classes for the summer!! Only 1 more semester to go!! We have been enjoying a daddy who can hang out at night instead of having to study. He travels 1 day a week to Chicago. The kids and I get to tag along occasionally. He only works 15 minutes from Brookfield Zoo which has been so much fun.
My days are flying by way to fast. My days are filled with nursing, getting snacks and popsicles, changing diapers, helping Paige use the potty, cleaning up the potty that did not make it in the potty, laundry, dishes (which I can get done so fast because I got a dishwasher!!) and playing outside. I am thankful for my job at Curves. I work 2 hours 3 days a week, so I get to exercise and talk to adult women and I am home by 8:30 in the morning. A lot has already happened by 8:30 -but we still get a whole lot of day to play.

VISIT TO MORRISON

We spent the weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Swanson. Paige got to spend time with her cousins from South Dakota - Darby and Brody

BATHTIME

As you can tell Camden is not lacking nourishment!

PHOTO SHOOT

Paige was so excited to have Cam in the Elmo chair and herself in the Princess chair. She wanted their picture taken again and again and again.

If only she was that excited to get her picture taken professionally. Last week I took both kids to Portrait Innovations. There was only 1 shot of the 2 of them where she was smiling.

TULIPS, TULIPS, TULIPS

Great, great Uncle Johnny planted app. 4000 tulip bulbs last year. They were absolutely beautiful. He is truly an amazing man.

STAPLE

Our little Paige now has a staple in her head. This afternoon she was climbing on her stroller and fell off. When I picked her up I thought she was OK until I noticed a rock imbedded in her head. We took her to Prompt Care where the Dr. dug 3 rocks out of her and stapled it shut. It was a very traumatic night. We have to go back in 1 week to get the staple removed. I am not looking forward to this at all. She has not complained about her head at all. She is more concerned about the "ouchy" she got on her knee a couple of days ago.
